TERMS OF SERVICE/ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Theforo.com is a general audience forum hosting service. Acceptable Use and Content We do not allow forums which host or promote:

• piracy software
• warez
• hacking
• spamming
• pornographic
• racially offensive
• denial of service
• attacks and/or damage to networks or servers
• inappropriate activity of any type on our servers or any other illegal topics

Forums, Links, Images, and any other content deemed in violation by theforo.com will be removed from our servers without notice. Abusive behavior of any type will not be tolerated. Theforo.com reserves the right to remove any account or forum considered not to be in conformity. Illegal acts could be reported and prosecuted.

We will make every reasonable attempt to avoid unexpected server downtime and to ensure that all accounts are well taken care of. We cannot guarantee or predict server downtime. Any network problem, or outage, is not covered under any guarantee or warranty and will not be grounds for reimbursement for any subsequent financial damages or losses. Security systems are installed to protect data. A daily backup off all the datas is made every day. But for any reason, we do not provide any individual backup or sql dump as free. Administrator has nevertheless tools allowing him to use these backup to recover his forum such as it was on a former date.

Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy modifications This Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy may be amended, at any time, at the discretion of theforo.com. All accounts are required to comply with any changes made to these policies. Notification of any major changes to the policies will be emailed to the forums administrators.
